Sports Massage.

When I graduated from my Sports Massage Therapist course 15 years ago, I was very lucky to work at the Hampstead Chiropractic clinic for 5 years.   Working in a clinic environment gave me lots of experience, additional tools and insight.  I went onto qualify further in pre and post- natal massage, c-section and diastasis recovery. My deeper understanding as a therapist enhances my 1;1 bespoke training sessions as well as anyone who comes to me just for massage.

Pre / post natal massage.

When working with my pre and post- natal clients, I am able to safely alleviate discomfort during pregnancy , and also complete a thorough 6-8 week check postpartum for diastasis recti. We are then able to work restoring the core muscles and strengthen the body in a safe and effective way. Massage helps to aid recovery of core function (pelvic floor) and postural alignment postpartum. Alongside a well balanced diet and training regime.
