Hi, I’m Fern-Adele

I’m a mum, movement specialist and wellness coach.  I’ve been training clients for over 15 years.  I love what I do and I’m super passionate about getting you to be the best version of yourself.

Relieving physical and emotional tension for a mum to be or a new mum. It’s an effective and holistic approach for the many adjustments to motherhood.

 

Sports Massage

The physical benefits of sports massage therapy make it a valuable training aid, as well as a much needed boost to your overall health and well-being.
