Everyone of my clients are individual in their needs. I specialise in weight loss management, toning and nutritional advice. My aim is to get people looking good and feeling great!

This will include aspects of free weights,suspension trx, kettlebells,bulgarian bag, martial arts ,dance and much more!. I also offer advice and training programs for more advanced athletes, as well as rehabilation and postural exercises for those recovering or prone to injury.
