Tomato and Red Pepper Cannelini soup
This recipe is a staple in the household of the Porters!! Its Blake’s favourite:-))
Roast a mixture of tomatoes and 1 red pepper with a little olive oil and 3 garlic cloves.
Roast normally for 30 mins
Open a can of cannelini beans and add a spoon of pesto and a little tomato puree.
When the veg is roasted mix together and blend with hand blender or nutribullet!! Add as much water to make desired consistancy.
Blake and I like this with a nice slice of Sourdough bread toasted. Yummy!!
